Beach Pavilion and new Facilities

The task requires the preparation of the preliminary draft for the refurbishment of an existing building and the design of a additional facilities for the beach. There has been made the plan and sections in 1/50 scale, the technical drawings for preliminary design and the performance building handbook, and the estimation of costs. Emphasis has been placed on the study of predictable effects on the environmental components in order to verify the compatibility of the intervention with the requirements of the delicate site.
